Far East - Day 2 & 3, 'Tiredness'

Thursday 22nd November: First of two days working in Singapore. I thought I had escaped the 'British' weather, though on arrival to the office was accused of bringing it with me!

Once cleared, the view of the local highway

A short day, as the jet-lag caught up....early to bed it was!

Friday 23rd November: Off to see a client in the morning, which allowed for some more 'photo' opportunities. Firstly from their office....

Then from the Vivo Centre, where the cruiseships Jewel of the Seas and Fuji Maru were seen, whilst astern the small ferries to Indonesia lay. From here the cable car connecting Sentosa to the main island crossed overhead.

Back at the office, the new 13,169 TEU capacity Hapag-Lloyd containership "Hamburg Express" (IMO 9461051) was berthed outside.
Within an hour the rain had come again, and she had disappeared!

In the evening, a walk around the city after a great Indian meal (thanks Tim Ho!)
